for the "raw gold is to low, auctionhouse price might be to optimistic" issue you could always take the middleground between rawgold and the average auctionhouse price, its still not perfect but i think its a better solution
One gold farming method I used to do before the Auction House became connected to all servers was to mine Arcane Crystals from Thorium veins. Due to their somewhat low drop chance and back then the low availability on the AH, it made these perfect for farming. With flying mounts the process is made especially quicker. I remember that one crystal alone sold for about 1k gold, which in turn is used for making Arcanite Bars, used for making Sulfuron Hammer which together with Eye of Sulfuras creates the Ragnaros legendary mace "Sulfuras, hand of Ragnaros". Arcanite Bars are also used for legendary quality Enchanted elementium bars, used for the Thunderfury quest. In short, Arcane Crystals are a very lucrative farming method.
Oh yeah. I used to do this back in the day when I came back to WoW. Those enchanted elementium bars always were a hot item on the server I was in. But yeah arcane crystals are always a decent gold method

Good idea, I suppose best combo of proffesions for this is Mining (for the khorium nodes) and Engineering to allow your character to have Nitro Boots since we want to run these dungeons as fast as possible. I think Rogue would be best to allow opening lockboxes, fan of knives and sprint talent upgrade. ** also being a worgen, Darkflight passive is busted for stuff like this.
I've been playing the gem market on a dying server and have paid for my sub via token since September ish last year and will have paid til December of this year currently via tokens. Its incredibly easy to do, just get every gem pattern that is useful, buy raw gems, cut, sell. Also looking to break into alchemy in cata, have potion spec already

Yeah we do. Did you never have a toon in any form of classic? (not even vaniilla?). It is pretty easy to level in cata to be fair. Sorry I was just assuming almost everybody had dabbled in classic at some point.

I was experimenting with a raw editing/production style as people seem to actually prefer it if I use a raw production style. It seems more authentic with less polish. The downside is it may come off as sloppy in some places.

I know wow secrets uncovered some stuff to do with the legion client (classic is basically an og xpac/legion hybrid) but I'm not sure what you might be thinking of. Ignore the question if it is something you value.

@@archvaldor Also PS I just found out that all the gear you get from mop TW event will be replaced when the event ends with 'normal' gear, including the OP cloak, so it's not viable for twinking in any way shape or form after words at that point. Most likely if you are under lvl 70 you will get green level gear which at lvl 20 is ilvl 41 at best, only 70s I assume will get full epics.

Dragonflight is much more time--friendly than other xpacs you might want to have a look. Lots of people are playing

Yeah. Never did that but I'm pretty certain that is basically the same mechanic achieved in a different way.
