Cheese pie with yogurt and feta cheese made in the toaster in 20 minutes!

If you are looking for something to eat for dinner and you have run out of ideas, make this cheese pie with simple ingredients in the toaster and in 20 minutes you will have a very tasty food. Along with a salad, you don't need anything else!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of strained yogurt
1 tablespoon of butter
Pepper
Mint
3 tbsps of self-raising flour
100 g of feta cheese
Method
Take a bowl and mix the eggs together with the yogurt. Along the way, add the butter and mix.
Add pepper and mint. Then, add 2 tablespoons of flour and continue mixing.
Add the broken feta and work while adding 1 more spoonful of flour and mix.
Then. spread the mixture in the center of an oil pan. We give it a rectangular shape and roll it with the rolling pin like an envelope, as shown in the video.
Finally, bake for 20 minutes in the toaster.
NOTE: If our cheese pie is not browned enough, remove the oil pan and continue baking until it turns brown.
