Not much to it, more valuable the item you give it. The more health it restores, and the higher chance at it. So a ten piece oinc is better than 10 normal oincs, a golden nugget is probably the best. 80% chance to heal 100 health for 1 gold nugget. Also, any time it heals you, it removes poison.
Maybe! But as Shane pointed out there isn't enough meat to really make it a full blown guide. The biggest thing would be where to find them which in and of itself is just random so...
