The crit mald is pain. I got lucky on my Mock Battles and then never rolled well again.
Fun fact: If your team is poorly invested like mine and you cant go for a speed clear, you need 4 MAris crits in a row or you die to missiles, and 6 in a row to clear before you run out of time.
It might be better if you run Izuna and Wakamo instead if your team is not as as invested.
Tragically I have neither. Using your clear as a template for skill cycling though I restarted for about an hour and eventually got a 2 minute clear with some extremelylucky high rolling crits.
More tragically still, that put me 7 places away from Plat. Time to revisit my Red and Yellow teams.
@@Lichtonatus Well if you care about ranking, then Gregorious is coming next week. For Grand Assault, ranking doesn't matter much so you can just play casually.

At 3:35, I think you should have clarified that you don't need to wait specifically for 7.9 cost, you wait for Binah to be stunned. This only happens around 7 cost if you high-roll enough crits. It may happen slightly earlier or later. If it's too late or it doesn't happen at all, restart. Great guide nonetheless, thank you!
Then does it mean that having Maki gear at 878 and its enhanced skill at max is important for these runs?
Since at least the gloves gives critical chance and its enhanced skill increases Maki's attack speed.
@@plekkx It’s not mandatory, but it does help with triggering NY Kayoko's buff.

Is there a viable alternative to Maid Aris? Don't have enough Elephs to get her to UE40 or higher and crit malding is something that gets on my nerves if it takes over 20 minutes.
Pick Izuna instead. Sure a bit longer but a comfy run to me.
Wakamo + izuna maybe.
if your server ain't that competitive, maybe 2 team them? lol.. thats what i did after just malding for 4 rounds. xD
Rank rewards are just trophies for grand assault now, so don't worry too much about your score being low, just do comfy clears ig
I have both Maid Aris and Wakamo at max investment, and I think Wakamo has more stable run than Maid Aris because you need to score crit everytime you use her skill. if you have Wakamo, just use her instead for less malding run just like I did

Man that was me too, but I dunno if the M.Aris I borrowed had max gear. Even after 10 times, the lowest I got was 5.5 million, and I have both Ako and Himari with max gear and UE 40. Just settled for entering Phase 2 at 3 million and immediately transitioned into Phase 3 at less than 1 mil health.

Although I have all students at the mentioned level of skills/equips or higher, and i borrowed students from friends/club when unavailable, I still can't do some things like get the boss down to 5 mill or with mika + maki get ti low enough to skip a phase.
You can just do a 2 team clear where you don't reset for crit? Or if you struggle with Blue, just borrow UE40+ Izuna and hyper buff her with the same team.

In your blue team section your Akane takes the front cover but my Kayoko always takes that spot no matter where I deploy them. Does Akane's movespeed need to be maxed out to stop this?
You only need at skill lv7 for movement speed I think, don't max out Akane's movement speed skill because it may screw you up later if you intend to use her in ShiroKuro Torment.

For red team, how do you stop binah from moving downwards immediately after the stun? Most of my attempts, binah starts moving before my aru does her basic skill
oh nvm, I followed the instructions in the vid for the rotation timings a lot closer and it started working = )

3:33 In the video, aru's basic skill syncs with maki's basic so binah gets down to 5.2m, but in my runs aru constantly activates her basic skill just half a second too early before maki does hers, which only gets binah down to 6.3m. both of their basic skills are maxed, with aru being MMMM 888 T2 + UE50. Any reason why? Quick help needed coz I only have red isnane left.
I don't think you can do anything about it, since it's basic skill activation. Is it because of RNG damage that you don't get 5.2m or slow basic skill activation from the student? Try to go for one clear and see if it's enough for you to stay in platinum. But honestly, ranking doesn't matter too much for this raid.
@@RSRainstorm fair, I did a slower but slightly more stable 26.01m clear and it was good enough, sometimes its slow basic skill activation, sometimes its rng damage, added with the need for a heavy crit on Aru's EX it took me quite a while 🥲
One problem I've found is that Maki's basic skills are delayed by her attack animation. So when her basic is supposed to activate but she's still in her shooting animation, the basic skill will not activate until she finishes her shooting animation.
Easy fix: Max out maki's passive skill (increases atk spd), that way her animation is in sync with basic skill.

No, you don't need, i have both ako and himari at 5* and i got better score than this one in the vid, it's all rng, keep in mind that from 3* to 5* is very little support stat difference, but it could help.
Also use Ako > Hima unlike shown in the vid, since himari has lower duration and this rotation is better for her buff uptime
Is there a team that doesnt use Kasuza? I dont have Ui so ill need to borrow someones and my Kasuza is 3* with all level 1 skills. Either that or I borrow someones Kasuza, but then I dont have Ui.
Most highscore teams use Kazusa. But you can also run Mika + Kazusa like this? If you have UE50 Mika the score will be higher czcams.com/video/IwrVNDiMu30/video.html

Honestly you don't need Ui, JP people used Maki, Kaz, Mika, Akane, Ako, Hima, this one in the vid also works but lower score

Well if your Mika is UE50, the one kyokusagangi is better, otherwise, it's harder to get as high score as Ui + Kazusa.

None. She is the only external mystic effectiveness buffer. Use another dps to mitigate the dps loss.

With great power comes more malding. Well you can just do a casual run with her as well and don't care about crit.

The common issue of the player that plays this game is not everyone have Ako and Himari, and iam one of them😂
This is a great indicator that the best time to start playing Blue Archive was April 2023
Only a student selector or RNGesus can fix that, so stack up your good deeds every day. But yeah, it might be easier to just play casually till you get both of them or try to clear Torment if you have the resources.

Well it's just a beta raid, and ranking doesn't matter too much, so you can run 2 teams? Like Blue Binah with Izuna + Wakamo.
Managed to get the 17th place after like 2 hours of malding, prob gonna go down to 100+ tommorow lol
Ranking is just a number, what matters is you can slack for the rest of the week.

@@yon9906 Well when everything goes according to plan, it's satisfying, I get that feeling XD. But It's also depend on how hard the grand assault is. With normal Total Assault, you only need to learn 1 strategy and you can improve it everyday, for Grand Assault it's 3. Imagine malding M.Aris for 3 amor types XD

Yeah environment disadvantage, and if you remember last Binah raid with Mika you'll know why. I'll do a run with Mika later I guess. There are highscore teams with Mika + Kazusa.

I hate / love Maid Aris. I love as character ... but that malding for crit ... 0 skill involved. Just random bullshit luck or unluck can decide if you sit few minutes on that raid or whole hour for nothing. Seriously ... this raid aint "skill issue" - its is 100% not even 99,99% but full 100% "luck issue".
Well she'll be used in another Grand assault, but resources wise...
