- Today, we are bombarded by discouragements and challenges that cause many to lose hope. Paul had his hope rooted in Christ. If we want to remain faithful to our calling in the midst of our trials and sufferings, our hope must be grounded in Christ. Paul was a worthy example of a FAITHFUL WITNESS for the gospel.
