    HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. 🔍
    HACCP is a system that identifies, evaluates and controls the hazards relevant to food health safety.
    🍏 Ensuring food health safety as well as widely understood food quality is achieved by implementing a food safety assurance system in a plant. One such system is HACCP.
    🔗 It is inseparably linked to the implementation of Good Hygiene Practice, (GHP) along with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
    Therefore, from the point of view of the food producer and the food processor, they can be linked into one integrated food safety system. ✅
