I still don't understand how the numbers are calculated. Is the Width/Height measured in Pixels or points? I'm trying to convert in Inches. I have a tape measure on my box cutter cover. I scanned and import it to photoshop. If the width of the box cutter is 2"7/8 what is the answer in photoshop?
