Video editing and story telling is fabulous. I was also planning to go to Shimla(Jan 14th) by this train but the train tickets are waitlist. Can we board the train with a waitlist ticket ? Please suggest to me what I should do. Thank you
Chances of waiting list clearance are very less in season. There is no chance to travel as the train is tiny and has absolutely no space.

Mam Kalka express ager late hoti h to toy train bhi late hoti h ya apne time se chalti h kalka station e
Toy train apney hi scheduled time pe hi chalti hai , mostly line clear rehti hai toh late honey key chance bhut hi kam hoti

But from 25 December there could be chances of snow.

Pehle pohonchna isliye hai ki koi dusra na ticket book karle. Agar seat hua to instant booking ho jata hai is train ka.

Rs 320 per person for Adults & Rs 160 per person for Children (Rail Motor Car)
Rs 510 per person for Adults & Rs 255 per person for Children (Shivalik Deluxe Express)
Rs 470 per person for Adults & Rs 235 per person for Children (Himalayan Queen)
Rs 630 per person for Adults ( Kalka Shimla Expess ) - this is the vistadome train with the ceiling of glass roof ( first class deluxe train)
