This is a tutorial guide video on how to Take Apart and Replace the LCD Glass screen assembly on the T-Mobile Alcatel Revvl Plus. (The entire LCD+Digitizer+Glass screen assembly)
Its the same procedure and same glass screen used for all carrier models, but the frame that holds the LCD will be different.
All models:
T-Mobile Revvl Plus
Alcatel Revvl Plus
I used the following tools:
1. Small Phillips head screw driver
2. Tweezer
3. Open Prying tool
4. Hair Dryer or Heat Gun

You missed a step. The bottom right corner has a cable that is important. The new LCDs don’t come with one. May be linked to the speaker
Is the cable shown before he takes it apart? Used this guide and now my speaker does not work. Don't remember seeing a cable on the old frame.

WTF? i figured it would be something like this. at least Apple was using some forethought with the SE models screen replacement was a breeze just a few minutes and I was done.. i don't even want to mess with this I'm so lazy now days lol Tape it is! till the phone fully breaks. why did it have to fall on a fire Axe of all things :(

This is absurd. There has to be a way to just replace the screen. Even if it risks destroying the phone, what difference does it make if the phone is essentially destroyed anyway?
Be warned this guy breaks the antenna and forgets a speaker cable. Everything else is good on this phone but he makes a couple of mistakes that made the phone useless.

You don't actually do anything but take it apart and confuse yourself and others you don't even go into anything about the LCD assembly at all... this is a waste of time and a lot of damage to others devices.. ghesh man
