A big surprise to see the queen is useless.
On older indian and persian versions, some of the more powerful pieces were the elephant (plenty of choice there) and the war chariot (Tsar Constantine).
You should have also noted that the elephant is the piece bishop.
@@berkaykartopu I was not sure which piece replaced which. The queen was replaced, explaining her great power, but between the rook and the bishop I was not sure.

The board was not set up correctly, Kings and queens should be on the same side, not opposite.
