    I downloaded the stl's and they had to be scaled by 2510 to get it close to size in CURA 5.6.0 to fit the phone holding piece and had to mirror image it as well to fit my phone. CURA actually scaled them 1000 on arrival!

Have you connected the mirror? At the edge of the slit? Or you have connected in front of the camera-Lens?How to get absorbance -wavelength curve for a cuvette

    Hello, I'm using your video as my reference for my project. I wonder how did you make the spectrograph from the values displayed in the app? Thank you

    • @beermoneylab7492
      @beermoneylab7492  Před 3 lety +1

      Basically I draw a graph using 3 known concentration solutions. For every measurement I compared the solution with a 0% (only the solvent), to compensate for the cuvette. With the 0% I've "zeroed" the app (Reference option in the app) and take the measurement. I picked a frequency to use for all measurements.
      I've added all tree values to a graph (concentration / light dropp) and connected them with a line.
      When you measure a unknown concentration, now you can compare the dropp to the graph and get the value.
      If it doesn't make any sense let me know and I'll make a separate video explaining and demonstrating at the same time. "See you" later.

    Cool project! I have a few questions:
    1- Interesting voiceover, what software did you use? Are you not confident in speaking English? Or are you an AI in totality?
    2- Does the Theremino software already know the frequency response of a handful of cameras, including the one you used? It seems you would need to make some major calibration adjustments otherwise.
    3- What music did you use? It sounds like a chilled down Kitaro, from India.

    Thank you very much for sharing this interesting info and video. I have just few questions. 1-Where can I get this tool? Could you explain about the software? How can I determine the exact wavelength and absorbance of the various concentrations? 3-Could you clarify the wavelength selector in more detail? We can replace it with a normal CD.
