      Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "hip bursitis exercises" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Niyaden Niybigail Blaster - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

      I love your site and I have subscribed your app. I should say though that some of the exercises in this video are not indicated for someone with labral injuries, which is my case. For instance, all the exercises with open wide legs (like the frog) I adapt and perform with my knees in line with my hips, otherwise I will inscrease my injury and feel pain. So, I found the title for "hip pain" kind of odd and misleading. I don´t mean to invalidate the video, and maybe it helps merely sore muscles in the hip and I was wrong to interpretate "hip pain" as for injuries (I am not a native English speaker). I´m just giving a feedback about the limits I have learned about my body.

    These workouts are truly the best for pain relief and complete healing. Physical therapy sessions help short term, but this couple teaches great routines that heal overtime. Of course after injuries you still need to do supportive workouts. And they speak to encourage you. Thank you!

    Tried. Tested and true. This is a staple routine that I keep coming back to. I've been chiropractor free for a few years now. I share this with anyone I can. I used to share the link on Facebook all the time in hopes of helping others, but unfortunately, that's not acceptable anymore. They can't stop me from telling everyone I know, lol!

    This workout was truly designed with the injured and unmotivated in mind. I absolutely love how both the stretch and strengthening begin lying on the ground while I grumble about not wanting to do it😅 By the end I ice to calm the muscles and then I go back to feeling like a mobile human being ready for life. This one is by far my favorite hip exercise that I keep coming back to.

    I have arthritis in my low back. (I can't do most of your core workouts anymore, and I've never been able to do any of your back pain relief exercises without aggravating it, sadly. )
    Thank you for this routine! It's usually super helpful.
    It does sometimes make things worse, but I've found some modifications that help with that: Skipping the pulses and using the extra time to rest or re-position more slowly, sitting back on my heels during the face-down pulses, pushing for foot height rather than speed on the side leg raises, trying not to rotate my pelvis during the clam, and shifting more weight up into my hand in order to avoid moving my hips side-to-side during the face-down exercises. (I think that last one makes the biggest difference.)
    Thanks again!

    This routine makes me feel soo good. I am so stiff in the hips that I moan every time I stretch. It burns and I love it because I feel much more flexible after only 2 days of discovering this

    First of all you guys are awesome! So many great routines for all different levels, and free! Thank you!
    Now, my question is do you have a workout for SIJ Dysfunction? I looked on your page but didnt find anything, but I was hoping I just missed it. Last week, unfortunately I found out how extremely painful and debilitating it can be and now I'm terrified to do your strenuous workouts that I love, but I'm also terrified to undo all the work I've done. This year I have lost close to 80 lbs so far. Please help!

      We're sorry to hear of your recent diagnosis. One of the best ways to keep the weight off is to definitely be mindful of your diet first and foremost. Eating at your maintenance calorie or slightly below can help you maintain your fat loss more than working out can. Since high impact routines can aggravate your back, we'd recommend that you perhaps focus more on strength training. Full body routines are great for body recomposition, your bones and joints, building lean muscle, and increasing your metabolism. We have plenty of full body routines that are slower paced but will still challenge you if you're using the appropriate weight.

      HASfit Thank you for your reply. I have been eating clean and working out 5 or 6 times a week. I used to be very fit, but I veered off track for a few years. Now I'm back on track. I have been doing a lot of strength training. You guys have so many great workouts to choose from, so I have been using them a lot. Thank you for the valuable advice. I won't worry so much about not being able to do so much cardio since I do so much strength training. You guys are awesome!!

    My doctor told me today that I shouldn't do most of these stretches, since apparently I have hip dysplasia that just wasn't diagnosed as a child.... I'm writing this because when people say "check with your doctor first", they actually mean check with your doctor so you don't end up doing something like me where you do the wrong stretches and exercises for years because you think they're good for you. This is coming from someone who's pretty healthy, regularly checks in with doctors and does a lot of sport. So don't think you're above it like I did. Go check with your doctor!

    Thanks for this routine. I noticed we are stretching first and then going into strengthening, while I've always done the other way around. Is stretching first the best way to go?

    • @HASfit
      @HASfit  Před 7 lety +2

      You are very welcome! With traditional training, we recommend doing a dynamic warm up before and then static stretching afterwards. However, completing the mobility work before the strengthening exercises is recommended for this type of routine.

      Strengthen then stretch is best. Stretching and then strengthening can actually lead to an increase in injury!
