- The BEST LENS I have found for the Canon R50 is the RFS 15-85 when on holiday. The lens is Image stabilised and has the fast USM motors and has enough reach and wide field of view for interesting imagery - ENJOY This Canon R50 video - CRE8r61

I now get it - A CAMERA CAGE is a must. I have never owned a camera cage and thought this to be a gimmick but boy was I wrong! This IS the cage to get from SmallRig and I made a video about it here • BEST Camera Cage: for ...
I've been wanting to challenge my skills with the new Canon R50 and try out new lenses for this great camera.
All I can say is I'm impressed with the results and these lenses performed admirably well in low light and challenging situations.
It has been fun making this video for you - we're all at different stages of our learning journey and if we share - we all learn. Thank you :)
Hi!! How do I get the crop lines off the display menu so I can download the full image?
Thanks for watching. Can you help me out with your question? How are you downloading your images?
@@cre8r61 thank you for the tips you shared. I’m using bluetooth to send through the cannon app directly to my phone.
@@hyperspectivehealth - interesting. I don't see this when transferring to my iPhone.
Hi Darren. Love your videos. I just got my R50 & a n00b, but I like your flow in helping me learn. Thanks!
Cheers mate - thanks for watching. We're all at different places in our learning journey. Glad my little channel helped 👍. Just dropped by your channel - keep going (you gained a new sub!)
Hi,
One question, my budget is around 2500 CAD including lens and camera body.
Should I invest in a good camera body like R8 and RF 18-150mm IS STM or should I buy R50 body and spend the rest in high quality lenses, may be even USM lenses. Please guide me.
This will depend on your photography/videography and experience. I’ve seen people in my travels with $4000 cameras that can’t take a good photo - it comes down to the operator. I love the R50 and I’m exploring what can be achieved with this camera. Thanks for your question
Can the r50 shoot multiple exposure photos?
Yes AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) is available on the R50. 3 consecutive images are taken within a specified range (you can set with limitation) under Camera Icon (Red menu) and select item #2 Expo.comp./AEB. Hope this helps - thanks for dropping by
@@cre8r61 What I meant to say is that it combines a number of shots automatically into one photo after I shoot. Not HDR it's called "multiple exposure" in canon cameras. But I couldn't find it in the menus, should be in red menue #5.
@@ag_craft2867 yes it can take mutiple photo ewith differnrent exposure!
Only one thing... I can see tremendus nois on youre clip.
Why?
U use 12800 iso or the camera is not good for lowlight videography
Thanks for watching - just watched your 2 videos on your channel. Nice
@@cre8r61 THX was a Little try..
But Canon r50 produce so much noise in low light condition? Thx
