Every time I hear about this 'Flat Earth Theory', it's like losing brains cells little by little.
I've got family members who are Flat Earthers, and then my dad was an airline pilot. Fyi, airline pilots are required to have a working knowledge of geography for the purpose of navigation (which is a crucial skill needed to be a pilot). They never tried to debate him on the subject because they knew he's right and he's not gonna back down. Plus they are also anti-vaxers. My dad wasn't an anti-vaxer, but he didn't feel like getting the covid vaccine was that necessary (for him personally) at the time. He would have gotten vaccinated out of caution, but died from covid before that could happen. He also had a condition called porphyria, which in layman's terms meant he needed to be cautious about every type of medication, especially new untested ones.
We know better, if the earth was flat a cat would have knocked us off the edge.
Agreed. Did anyone pay attention in science class. The world is round! Plain and simple. If the world was flat then:
A-the world would be on one time zone which it’s not!
B-Lunar Eclipses wouldn’t occur as often

The biggest problem with this situation is that Government doesn't allow you to venture certain areas of the world like beyond the ice wall. What's beyond it? And why does the government keep these discoveries away from the people? And what is the firmament? Why does it exist?
I still rember when Watchmojo made the list "Top 10 dumbest things said by Alex Jones" and it had the Epstein Island stuff at 10.

Right. At least 3 of these are true. And the Area 51 thing is not even from the last decade and the flat earth idea comes from scripture. If anything, the round earth idea is as old as Jesuits. The reason why people don't take the jab is because using human technology in order to "fix" natural creation is wrong. And also, scripture is very clear on why marking or tattooing your body is wrong. By calling these "conspiracies", you're basically saying that people were full of crap for thousands of years. But nowadays we're right because the media and the government said so.

I want to see all the flat Earth believers try to raid Area 51, and face the consequences.

@@dougaldouglas8842 that would be interesting. Now picture this, what if we sold tickets to allow people to touch the edge of the dome.
For everyone who buys a ticket they are given a magnetic compass and a two day class on how to use it. Then they all fly south, during which time they are all instructed to film their compass to show we are headed south.
Then we land on Antarctica and we all told, "Welcome to Antarctica, or as you know it, the ice wall." Then we all take special vehicles due south, once again they are told to film their compass, then we get as far south as we can. Then at the magnetic south pole there is a building (it is already there), everyone is let out, and they are all told that they can explore as much as they want to find the edge of the world and the dome.

@@dougaldouglas8842 when they arrive at the south pole make sure they all have watches, tell them that dinner will be served at sundown. Plot twist: it is summer time, sundown isn't for another 5 months. They will be there for 4 days.

People have known that the Earth is round since the time of the Ancient Greeks at least. Eratosthenes took a stab at guessing the circumference of the Earth and was only off by ten percent, which is scarily close for a guy working with little more than pencil and paper.

When the flat earthers set up turn styles, charge a fee to pass through to touch the edge of the dome, I will then believe that the earth is flat.

The craziest conspiracy theorists I find to be are the ones who believe in contradictory conspiracy theories. A person I work with is a flat earth believer but also believes in the hollow earth. Like what the hell!
