WWII Training/Tactical Weekend June 2023

This was a wwii training/tactical I went to June 16-18 2023. This was a test out of a new event on a new property that has potential. We had about 30 GI's and about 10 Germans. I forgot one piece for my camera so I couldn't get any battle footage.

That Willy’s jeep ride looked fun I worked on a friends ford gpw jeep on the Fourth of July and I also got to hold a m1 carbine which belonged to my friend he also was a U.S. army veteran he owns a m16a2 halftrack that he found in Africa while in the us army he has a non profit called the African queen project which is his collection of military vehicles and equipment that he loans to museums and takes to car shows and other events.

Why does almost everyone have a strip on their helmet I thought it was just for officers 🤔

Horizontal stripe is for a NCO, Vertical stripe is for an officer.
