Hey guys, don't forget to like these videos. It really helps the guys channel. I'm the third to comment but the only one to thumbs up so far. I hit the thumbs up straight away and then watch the vid. I know I'm gonna love it anyway! Great video again mate. Can't wait til you get over 100,000 subs!
That was awesome mate, really well put together video, great content, really felt like I was along for the ride! New sub from the UK 👍🏼 I’m planning some camping and spearing trips on my new boat for this coming summer, picking up some great tips from your videos!
Everyone likes to camp where the toilets are lol. Ive thought about one of those mozzie net gazebo's. That way you can cook and chill and stuff while away from the bugs
Haha good point! I reckon when I do a more lengthy trip, especially up north on some of the islands where the bugs are hectic , I’ll definitely do what you just said … they came out for about 20 mins on dark this trip then they were ok!
I’ve only had this boat a couple years & man it’s a weapon for its size ay! I’ve considered going the 40 as well but then thought to wait for when I upgrade boat… but then tbh I think I’ll always keep the tinny so maybe it’s worth doing! Have had some sketchy moments on bar crossings with two people and a loaded boat. Underpowered and almost sunk the boat…. Thanks for tuning in man
Thanks mate. I just park it at the ramp & have the trailer locked onto the car obviously. I park it under the most lit part of the car park if I can as well. No dramas so far 🤞
Gday mate, just wondering if you alway camp at peel or if you've given blakesleys a go. Where alse would you recommend. I usually put in at reddie bay.
Hey mate. For the Bay I camp at Peel a fair bit, probably my go to spot. If conditions are good SW Moreton is primo definitely my favourite. Got a few trips planned in new areas of the coast , just waiting for good weather! I haven’t camped at Blakesleys ay , wbu? I’ll give it a go soon
@@danyoungy I've only gone to blakesleys. Low tide mark is half that of peel as it drops straight into the channel. Good spot. Can get busy on weekends, though. Anyways, I just found your channel last night because I wanted to find some tips on moreton bay spearfishing. I want to start doing some freediving to build some lung capacity before I start hunting. Any tips would be great. Cheers.
@@adamw1555 awesome, I’ll do a trip there for sure. I’ve only been diving around 3 years now so pretty new to it all still. But if I was to give some advice I’d say work on being relaxed & start shallow so you can get to the bottom. Take your time with the whole process and enjoy the simple things, don’t rush trying to go deep. Better to be in shallows and on the bottom and work on your hunting
Do you have to book the campsites there in advance or is it just free camping? Been looking around for spots to camp and it seems everywhere you have to book far in advance and its always full on the weekends. I just want to get out and try my new swag!!
Hey mate, you can book though Queensland National parks. It looks like Peel Island, beautiful spot. If you're looking to book with QNP, it's under Teerk Roo Ra National Park. Just checked for next weekend's camping and there is heaps of spots 🍻
@@explore_bound thanks heaps mate, Im very new to Australia so trying not to get myself in trouble off the bat :) I have been frothing seeing everyone out camping on CZcams so I need to get out there.
I’ve seen a couple inside the bay , no big ones yet… I mostly dive inside in the cooler months when the sharks are less active & the water is cleaner! Coming into summer there’s spots I’d usually dive in winter but Im not game to test my luck in summer…
I subbed because I’m so glad you didn’t add any kind of music to your videos it just straight natural or nothing. 👌🏽
Appreciate it mate , keeping it raw as possible!

I do the same thing mate, this is how I like to camp although my camp is a bit rougher. Great content.

Stoked you’re enjoying them mate. I was living in Ipswich up until a week ago , but I’ve made the move , now I’m about 25 mins inland of Cleveland 👌
Lovin' the vids Dan! I have to ask what do you do with your vehicle while you're away?

Mate ya can't go camping with no cold beers at night.
Haha I don’t drink anymore but it definitely was my fav time to crack a cold one in the past mate
