@@richardjennings8853 I also have been playing for like 11 years, I experienced a different US air tree then you did when I was rising the ranks, there was only one b25 and one p51 (that sucked), a couple p40s and 47s, that all were shit, it wasn’t until like 5 years ago that the US tree became so OP, just cause you just started playing doesn’t mean the game has always been like this

Fun fact, german planes have ZERO engine extinguishers on their planes. If you set one, they will die, either by burn out unless it's a fuel tank fire and it gets emptied, then they crash cause no fuel.
There are a couple (the BV 238 & some other LRB (I believe the Me 234)) but they are few and far between & by the time they catch it's likely already too late
You don't need extinguisher to put a fire out
@phantom__1117 consistently and without dumb luck? Yes, yes you do. And I will say that the extinguishers are only for engine fires and not fuel tank fires

I have a challenge idea. Basically it's this, but every time you die you go back a plane and have to get a air kill and kill something on the ground like killing a tank with a bombing run or shooting a potato truck. I would really like to see you do this challenge. Will you back down or take on the challenge?
is this before a change was made or did you skip the 5.0 f8f1 with 4 brownings and go to the 6.3 one with 20mms, labelling it the 5.0 one?

You should do this challenge with the bombers except you have to destroy an entire base and if you die before you destroy the base you have to either redo the plane or you get reset back one bomber

Do you have buttons for airbrakes or flaps? I saw multiple opportunities to use them and none of them ever came out. Do you know that combat flaps or even takeoff and landing flaps can help you turn tighter at low speed?
I do but rarely use them outside of 6.0 and below honestly. Most my engagement wouldnt make to much of a difference with flaps unless i was energy fighting mostly
