Nice CD changers that Pioneer made for the time. Just got this one a couple of months ago. I am currently selling this one. Please watch for my review of the Pioneer PD-M501. Thanks
I had the same Pioneer disc magazine on my Onkyo CD player. Ironically Pioneer sells their audio equipment to Onkyo in 2015. Pioneer could sell more if it wasn't for logo change in 1998.
I agree. I have to say that I am not a big fan of Pioneer's old CD players. I am yet to find a used Pioneer 6 disc changer that doesn't have some sort of problem. Although they do sound good, the lasers often malfunction. Thanks for watching my video.
@@joelsdiy9469 I’m more of a Denon fan when it come to a CD Player. Usually a single disc CD player are just always better because the budget can be spent on a better DAC, Laser, and Transport and of course you don’t have to deal with faulty changer but unfortunately single disc are kinda uncommon. Pioneer still made a great Turntable and Plasma TV though
Have you considered replacing the AV cables you are using. I had a similar problem with a hard-wired AV cable to my turntable. When I replaced the plug, the problem vanished, as well as the noisy signal. Are you sure that the CD player is plugged in the correct input. Should be on the CD in. Let me know how that worked out! Thank you for watching.
Yeah. I saw this happen once when I bought I damaged one that had the cd player's shell smashed in. The door was obstructing the ejection of the magazine. I would inspect this to see if your cd player had something heavy put on top of it and smashed in. Also the door may be caught in the magazine, so you might need to take the shell off and clear the door so the magazine will eject. I hope this was helpful. Thanks for watching my video.
@@joelsdiy9469 oh, very possible! I think it was on the bottom of an entire stack of sound equipment. I know there was a receiver and something else on top of it. lol Thank you very much for the tip!
What beautiful sound
I like these mini juke voxes
Yeah pretty cool. Unfortunately the laser tends to malfunction over time. No replacement to purchase at the moment. Thanks for watching!

Mine isn’t playing the cds , it’s turning on but not playing , any suggestions???
You might need a laser adjustment. The lasers were never very good. Increase the pot to the laser intensity.
I can’t get my magazines to eject. Ever run into that issue? :)
