I think it would be really cool if you did a part two to these videos, where you go to Epcot during the day and try to do all the things you did at the event. You could then compare how much time/ money each one took so people can really see whether these events are worth it for them.

I was at the first night's event... They let us in to Guardians starting at 9pm with a wristband (official park close time) even though official party start time wasn't until 10pm. We waited a total of 15 minutes for our first ride, then got right back on it and waited about 30. However, at this point one of the stations had to be shut down, and didn't come back up for the rest of the night. We got on a third time later, probably waiting between 45-60 minutes. Even with the ride running at half capacity, we could have easily gotten on five times had we just marathon'd it. The key takeaway for me is that because of the virtual queue during normal hours, it doesn't take them very long to "clear out" the queue of day guests, thus getting on right at 9pm is a smart strategy, whether you're looking to ride it multiple times or just get it out of the way quickly.
Also, #Important: 1. Disco Inferno, 2. One Way or Another, 3. Conga, 4. I Ran, 5. September, 6. Everybody Wants to Rule the World. That's the official order. Top four are interchangeable, 5 and 6 lower the ride experience. Can we replace "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" with something more upbeat like "Turn Me Loose," by Loverboy?
Yes! Our first ride was with Everybody Wants to Rule the World. It seemed slow and kind of off, like it was slowing down the ride somehow. Our 2nd ride was with One Way or Another, and it was so much more fun; seemed faster somehow, more exciting.
So even though you can get in the park at 7pm you can’t go on any rides until 10pm (or like this scenario)?
@@laurabowden6508 we got in at 8 and rode Mission to Mars and Test Track before 9pm - you can ride anything the same as normal parkgoers. Our strategy was to hit Test Track right before (and/or during) fireworks at 9 and that worked out; wait was maybe 20 minutes despite being posted 50.

He's right - Livin' with the Land is the most important ride in that PARK.

In my opinion....theses after hours events are worth every penny. You experience the rides and the parks in such a different manner. The ride lines are so short....it's worth the cost to our family! The Animal Kingdom was such a great night. Same with the Magic Kingdom. Love that they are doing EPCOT now as well! Hope to get to be down there tor this park as well! Love Molly and Alan taking us along for the night!!! Thank you!
Every after hours we’ve been shown always feels so worth it for the low crowds alone! If I can ever fit an after hours in on a trip, I will totally do it!!!

We love the WDW after hours events, granted it's been a few years since we've done one, but we loved them! Parent life has taken over and we aren't the night owls we used to be lol

Love EPCOT! That is why we stay at the EPCOT resorts, for the deluxe resorts extended evening hours. Only two hours and no free treats, but you can get every ride done at EPCOT at least once 🙌🏼

I *love* the After Hours events at Magic Kingdom, but I just can't see it being worth it at Epcot. The rides I like generally don't have long lines regardless, and for me the draw of Epcot is World Showcase which seems mostly closed. That said, Epcot is such a beautiful park at night! And I fully agree that The Land is *the* heavy hitter of the park. I will take no The Land slander.

I liked Animal Kingdom after hours and wish they would bring it back.
But didn't they stop doing it because it was upsetting the animals?
@@_kat_koch_ No it ended with the start of covid and hasn't been brought back since. All of the animal areas were closed during it, they didn't have many lights on, and they weren't playing loud music. It did however let you into the most beautiful place in Disney World and that's pandora at night.
I had the privilege of riding Remy in Paris. The ride stopped just before the cork pop and it was hysterical. The rats giggle and keep working the cork and you couldn’t tell when it was going to pop. It was a great build up! Now I pray the ride will stop there when I’m at WDW. I’d love to see that again.

Watched the video twice, you both KILLED it, GREAT VIDEO, the dancing, joking, etc. LOVED IT!!!
Helpful video - it still looked quite crowded. The first after-hours events truly were limited capacity, and they were much more fun as a result, with walk-ons for all attractions, rather than 30-40 minute waits for the popular attractions.
I desperately want to do all of these after our events. I just wish there were more food options. I know that you don’t want to take a lot of time to eat, but even just more snack options would make this perfect in my book.

remy and frozen being down in world showcase is a pain during these events. During the day, its nice because kids don't generally like the world showcase area that much so the few rides down there help.

We are doing this event in August and is perfect for us bc we fly in the day of the after hours party and we are going to get on a Disney cruise the next day. We also haven't ride Remy or Guardians yet so being able to ride them more then one is a plus.
