Pirate Night is one of my favorite nights on any of the Disney ships…an absolute blast. Love the characters, the show, the photo backdrops, the fireworks and the food!!

I'm so glad you actually got to 7 mile beach and that it was so easy. I've priced a direct trip to Grand Cayman and it seems much cheaper than a cruise, but there are trade offs of course. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Matt I recently stumbled onto your channel and I’m lucky I did, I’ve been able to watch your Disney Fantasy experiences with Alex and I’m enjoying every second. You guys are having the best time!! It’s been approximately three years since I’ve been on a Fantasy, and it is one of my favorite ships, I can’t wait to go back on. Thanks for sharing your 7 mile beach experience, last time I was in Grand Cayman I did not make it over, but rest assured, I’ll be there next time.
Hey guys hope you both are doing well, loving all the vlogs so far. Love 💕 Grand Cayman, my family and I did the 7 mile beach when we went. My husband said it was walking distance from the ship…not! We walked so much to find out it wasn’t and had to take a taxi. Lol Did you do Pirate buffet? The Disney Wish does not do the Pirate buffet. What a bummer 😢

I have been watching your videos in preparation for our upcoming voyage - same ship and itinerary. Your videos have been both entertaining and informative. We are also planning to explore 7 Mile Beach without an excursion and I was wondering if you could tell me where exactly you went that had chairs for rent and food nearby? Did that section of 7 Mile have a name or was it near a hotel or other landmark? Thanks so much!
Thanks for watching! All of the cabs take you to the same spot on seven mile beach, so all you’ll need to let them know is that you want to go to the beach. Getting to and from was very easy! The chairs are available for rent right at the beach and that is also where we got our food.
Thanks so much! We joined the Facebook group that was specific for our sailing. Most sailings will have a group for your particular cruise, so just search your ship and dates in Facebook and see if there is one!
Thank you for watching! There wasn’t a particular point we asked to go to. Most of the cabs will take you to the public access entrance, which is where we were. You can walk down further, but we didn’t find a need to, as food, chairs and the cabs back to the port were all right there.

Water looks fabulous!
They do offer excursions, but it was cheaper to do it ourselves vs. pay what Disney was charging.
Good decision to go solo and not pay more than you need.

They don’t have the pirate bash after the fireworks no more?
If you’re referring to Club Pirate, then yes that still is around. There is also the pirate buffet at Cabanas, but we didn’t make it there

They do!
Was it easy to get a cab ride back to the port from the beach? Or was it arranged with the taxi drive that drop you off?
Extremely easy! They have a bunch of cabs that wait at the beach. This was the easiest to/from cab experience we've ever had.
How long did you spend at the beach? And are the cabs available for you to return to port any time?
We were there for a couple of hours. Yes, the cabs are just sitting there and there are plenty of them!
