Not usually a fan of ultramodern houses,but this one's nice. I particularly like how they did the LED light strips in the cinema and nightclub\ bowling room! Now if it was a multicolor version, it would be even better! There's just so many unique amenities!

@@brandondowns5634 Recessed lighting 90's style, boring white walls ceilings, nothing special chandeliers that he says are amazing. Even furniture isn't something special, modern boring style is what I see ,no character. Seen much nicer smaller homes ,your paying all those extra millions for unnecessary space ,unless your housing all your friends and relatives. Where in any other nice homes that you don't see marble washrooms and other luxuries. You want to pay for space and unnecessary rooms go ahead.House the neighborhood.
The most important thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.

These houses are absolutely beautiful works of art. That being said, I couldn’t imagine actually wanting to live in one of them. It’s just too much. Who wants a 15 minute walk to get from one end of your home to the other lol

If I have the money in the future why not? A lot of space to entertain friends and family. I think there is a difference in the LA mansions. On the one side there are mansions for living with family peaceful and private and on the other side there are mansions for party and entertainment. I like both. In the best case I would buy one for peaceful living and one for party. But the point is the money :D

Yes it would be so overwhelming, unless you hire live-in staff.
Also, with a house that size and it’s features, you’ll need frequent maintenance and staff so you may not be too alone. 😅
As much as I like magnificent homes, there can be a case of “too much” and that 5600 sf primary suite is a good example. Lots of fun touches, but I see myself trying out all the gizmos in the shower, for instance, and from that point on I’d rarely, if ever, use any but my favorite head.

To be honest, this tour was even more thorough than the one Enes did; great job! And I noticed that all the WISH branding that was ever-present in Enes' tour was gone here. Did WISH move out and the home is now seeking a new owner?

As to Enes’ tour, keep in mind that they didn’t allow him to tour the whole house, like Enes’ mentioned that they were not allowed to tour the primary bedroom part back then.
Had he been allowed FULL access, Enes’ video would’ve been longer, and the views on Enes’ videos would’ve maybe doubled. Currently, it’s 3.7 million and counting!

Fast forward to 8/5/2023 Dan was renting this house he was evicted bc he couldn’t afford to pay the rent anymore !
It's an interesting house. I loved the master bedroom. However, the third floor was overkill. It should have been on the first floor. That specific floor had so many family rooms and bars that it could have been additional bedrooms instead. It just seems like redundant space.
It would be more conventional to have the living/family room and kitchen on the first floor but my guess is that architecturally it would be tough to build/support a bowling alley on the 3rd floor. Plus the casita was used as the staff quarters so it would make sense to have that on the first floor and the second (smaller) office was the security office which would also make more sense to be on the first floor. So if you kept those on the first floor then there wouldn't be room for a living/family room and kitchen also on the first floor. As to having additional bedrooms on the third floor instead, heck it already has 13 bedrooms; not sure if it really needs any more!
This is common in Hollywood Hills homes. They kind of flip them upside down in order to give better views on the living/family floors.

LOVE this mansion and its interiors. Masterpiece for sure, luxury at a high scale and a dream to live in. BUT it has NOTHING to do with Bilzerian, he used to rent it thats it. Its NOT his, he doesnt own it, he used to rent it 2 years ago, and thats it. Pretty sure it must suck to sell your world class Mansion, only to see another former renters name written to make people think its Dans Mansion. Come on you can do better than that. Gorgeous still :)
