yes they change their hair color often like most kpop idols do n thats usually for comebacks (new mv + music) n the stylists usually suggest or pick yk since they know what looks best but im assuming since bts have so much influence/power that they have tons of freedom n say in their hair ^^ i mean jin cut his own bangs n dyed his hair purp (it looked good too!)
