There is ANOTHER Titannic ripoff that is far far worse that has mice as the main characters, has the human lady able to talk to animals, the bad guy is a whaler and hires sharks to sink the ship, and the most insulting part is that they claim that nobody died and all the deaths that were listed from the sinking was a big misunderstanding.

Elfen Lied (2004) and Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) were both created by Lynn Okamoto and animated by Arms Corporation but how different is Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) to it predecessor. For this list; I’m doing the “10 Ways that Brynhildr in the Darkness Is Different From Elfen Lied”. Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) may had been called an “Elfen Lied rip-off”, received many harsh criticism and bombed in Japan during its initial release but as times goes by the cult hit anime series became more appreciate when it comes to the understanding of the styles and elements of the storyline. Alright then: moving forward to the list:
10 Ways that Brynhildr in the Darkness Is Different From Elfen Lied
1.Ryouta Murakami is much more proactive in protecting the Witches and other people.
2.The only person that Neko Kuroha ever kill was her older sister, Mako Fujisaki
3.The Witches can’t use their powers normally if they’re hunged up
4.The antagonists are not despicable and unworthy
5.Neko Kuroha escape from the laboratory without killing anyone
6.The Witches have to take "Death Suppressants" in order to survive
7.Ryouta Murakami is truthful to the Witches especially Neko Kuroha
    8. No animals were killed
9.The series take place in High School
    10. Neko Kuroha is not a “Villain Protagonist”

@@SpikeTheWolf Well for the past 7 years after brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) debuted in April 6, 2014; many people think that the anime series was too similar to its predecessor; Elfen Lied (2004) since both of the anime series share the same universe together. Elfen Lied( 2004) and Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) are famous for having "Gorn Elements" thanks to Lynn Okamoto.
Also; many people think that Brynhildr in the Darkness (2014) is a comparison to Puella Magi Modaka Magica (2011) since both of the anime series have the element of "Deconstruction of the Magical Girl Genre".
But no matter what people will say about Brynhildr in the Darkness(2014); I still love the anime series anyway.
