Habla un vendedor de café callejero, un recolector de residuos, un colectivero, un cirujano y un diariero, quienes se refieren a cómo el clima condiciona sus trabajos. Se informa luego sobre la actividad fabril de ensamblaje, así como sobre las excursiones en cuatriciclo o a caballo, con imágenes y testimonios que incluyen el del director de Turismo. Hablan luego habitantes llegados desde otras provincias y se informa sobre el Barrio Austral, uno de los mas pobres. El intendente se refiere a las desigualdades existentes en la ciudad. Continúan los testimonios de un periodista radial local, del personal de la empresa de ensamblaje, de una vendedora y de una chica que concurre a un boliche bailable.
