Graffiti Art or Criminal Affiliations?

The Northwest Adventurer (NWA) heads to the Backcountry for a day of off-roading but before we arrive, I make a pit stop at the Fortson Mill Road park to view some Graffiti Art and Tags in such a serene historic area in Snohomish County in Washington State.
Should Graffiti Art & Tags be done in the scenic Backcountry or should it only be seen in the City?

I saw a pheasant and an otter at the pond there on different occasions. Other wildlife as well.

Right on. According to the locals, there’s Black Bears running through that area as well. Be safe.
