    Thank you for keeping it simple. These are a great warm-up sequence that I feel confident that my son can do on his own and get sone good work in.

    Thanks for the awesome drills! One issue I see with young players is the load and really getting separation. Do you have drills that help them feel this to avoid dead hands? I’ve seen knob to knee which is awesome. Thanks

      Get their feet together,or crossed.Tell them to sit,so they get that slight turn and coil in that rear hip,chest over that back leg.than tell them to stride.
      Stretch and fire drill.
      Make sure chin stays at front shoulder and eyes are at pitcher
