In this article saif mentioned that sara was studying in colombia university at that time. If sara says she is 23 now that means she supposedly was 16 going on 17 when she started university which is a bit too young. It would make more sense if in 2012 she started uni at age 19, and that she is 25 years now in 2018 - Another article “saif ali khans daughter sara graduates from colombia. Bollywood next?” from movies.ndtv.com. This article was from 12 may 2016, it mentions she graduated at age 22 in 2016. Her birthday was in august/september so that means a few months later she turned 23 in 2016. So that means she is now 25 in 2018 , how can she be 23 years in 2018 when in 2016 she turned 23 according to that article? 😹 Im sure that her PR team advised her to lie about her age, even making urself 2-3 years younger has a big impact because age matters a lot in the film industry for women. Other actresses like Kareena who did not pursue a university degree could start their film career really young. But sara had to finish her uni first, and then had to lose all the extra weight as well and on top of that act in her debut movie kedernath which was released this year. I honestly do not believe that she is 23 while having a degree + had more than a year time for weight loss and to improve her figure and learn acting + around a year to shoot the scenes of kedernath before 2018.

Weight loss is not as simple as mentioned - eliminating mithaai and cream from coffee. There is so much so more it. There were so many people behind her weight loss success besides herself. Its high time now that most celebrities understand to not provide futile advises to the general public. Lol its just an excuse weight lose isn't that difficult if you can control yourself.I lost 12 kgs by following healthy diet and doing some exercises.Generally people are not able to control what they eat and thats the reason they don't lose weight and then they make excuses.
