Beautiful building!!! Vinny
You dig if such a good job on this metal building!
Awesome !
WOW Nice
Beautiful 😍
Hey I know that building I've gone by it a few times ....that's out there by Berwick ......
Guys got a great property hopefully one day my trucking business can provide ....
Great job. I am looking for a company that does restorations though in Ohio. I see you all are in PA. bummer.
I really like the look and structure of this building. How did you make the decision to go with this building and manufacturer?
If someone wanted to build a 40'x60' with cement floors in NW PA, what would it run, ballpark?
Hi Kelly, It depends on a lot of different factors, but the building would be any where between $22,000 to $45,000 depending what options you would want. You can request a quote to get a more accurate price. Thank you. pioneerpolebuildings.com/request
I agree,, holy crap $90k??
How much did this garage cost not to be nosy can you comment back in let me know and did you get the heated floors thank you for this video
Hi Martin, it cost around $90,000. It's fully insulated and has a lot of extras. The floor has drains in it and heated.
Nice barn. I would put about 12kW of RoofMill on there and then the whole farm will never have an electric bill.
I'm considering building a 40x80 pole buildinng for my arcade/workshop space/whatever else. What was the total cost for this building when it was all said and done? I was on some site that estimated $20,000 for just materials. That was only for 12' height though.
mastrtonberry2 Hello! This building with all materials such as: Cupolas, Garage doors, Windows, Gutter, Downspouts, Full Insulation Package for the Inside (Walls & Ceiling), Liner Panel, and All Building Materials with Labor was about $90,000.
I need one!!
@@Pioneerpolebuildings 90K? Did that include the finished concrete floor? Insulation? Drywall? Windows?
@@Pioneerpolebuildings too bad you're not in Central Oregon I am looking to build such a building with a budget of around $200,000
@@77Avadon77 Still in the market? I'm a builder in the NorthWest, Seattle area and Vancouver, Wa. I will come down and build you similar for $130k. That includes EVERYTHING. Turn-key. Concrete is done by us in house too, we actually specialize in concrete. Can do in-floor radiant if that's what you want.

Hi Martin, looks like you asked this last year too. It cost around $90,000. It's fully insulated and has a lot of extras. The floor has drains in it and heated.
@@Pioneerpolebuildings That building is a gorgeous toy Box specially for me I could put a lot of my toys in that garage what is the dimensions of that building
Cuánto vale este building?
How much ?
PPB
Portland Police Bureau
holy fart....90 grand?
Less than $30 a square foot is cheap. BUT does that number include customer supplied (installed?) components? Concrete and floor finish?
90Grand? Hopefully you're thinking that is cheap because it's extremely cheap! A stick built is at least twice to three times as much! I just looked into it. Stick building is very, very expensive in a 40x80' range. Even way more expensive if you want to add a loft or 2nd story. Details like doors, windows, insulation, drywall, they all add up when you have such a big square footage.
@@derrnav1530 90K usually does NOT include the finished concrete work, so you can add another 20K to 30K for that.
I want a 3000 sq ft (finished), basement in my:-$ 90,000 barn
I'd say for what they have 90 grand is a deal. Thats a lot of work on the inside.
What a nice Garage!

Nice, but EXPENSIVE :((((((((((((((((((
Take the same specs to other PB builders and you will get similar pricing, more or less.
Way to much! To expensive!
