I want truth! The Holy Spirit told me to leave the Catholic Church, which I have done. I feel led to rescue those still in the church. Last week the Spirit led me to speak with the parish priest, which I did. I spoke my testimony and he heard all of the reasons the Spirit spoke through me. The seed has been planted. Praise be to God.

@@earlysda You are correct, and even today many call other Christians heresy hunters when they stand for truth of the word of God. We have the right to judge those who are called brothers to see if they are teaching sound doctrine. Today, many go after signs and wonders and experiences over the truth.
I get accused of being a legalist when preach that we can't continue sinning. It's gotten to where I caveat everything. "We do good works and live a Godly life because we love Him, because He loved us. We are not earning or keeping our salvation by them. God does forgive sins, but you can't just sin all you want."

1) In obeisance to the TEST/COMMAND in 1JOHN 4:1-3 (KJV), please the identify the following:
A) The SPIRIT THAT IS OF GOD/PRO-CRHIST (1John 4:2).
B) The spirit of antichrist/false prophets (1John 4:3).
2) I've been asking the above queries/requests in various religious posts/articles and channels here in CZcams, but none ever answered/complied.
Its quite easy to understand once you read in context of the entire book of 1 John. Any spirit that denies Christ came in the flesh = believing Jesus came using his divinity to his advantage in order to conquer sin, that is, not coming as a human subject to temptation and weakness. Hebrews 4 - he was tempted in all points as we are. Jesus is our example. Like him, if we fully submit ourselves to the holy spirit, and allow God to fill us completely, there is no room for sin. 1 John 3 - he who is born of Him does not sin, and cannot sin, for His seed remains in him. (Not to say we won't stumble, read 1 John 2.1, 1.9. The false spirit mentioned in 1 john 4 gives an excuse for sin - "Jesus had an unfair advantage because he was God..." "I can never be like Jesus because He was special"... This is a false teaching to be avoided. The bible never, nowhere, gives any excuse for sin. Gods will for you - read Ephesians 4. See also 2 Pet 1.6 - we are to "be partakers of the divine nature..."

Its Luke that tells us about Paul being a murderer, and Luke that tells Matthias replaced Judas, Luke that tells us the angels told the apostles Jesus would come back in the same way he went (eating, drinking and teaching with a body that had wounds), Luke that tells us why Paul was actually arrested, how Paul lied in court, that he was preaching "the unknown god" in Athens like Daniel said the Man of Lawlessness would do.
Most of my evidence against Paul comes from Acts.
Like this gem in Acts 19 where they try to invoke the name of Jesus of Nazareth but make the mistake of saying "by the Jesus whom Paul preaches."
Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon-possessed. They would say, “In the name of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” 14 Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. 15 One day the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?” 16 Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding.
We know from Matthew and Luke that the Sons of Sceva have no problem casting out demons typically. So what went wrong? 🤔
And since when does Jesus blind people who can see?
When John the Baptist sent disciples to ask Jesus if he was the Messiah what did Jesus tell them?
Tell John what you see and hear- the blind receive their sight.
Blinding someone who can see is the opposite.
In a world where Anti means Opposite "the Jesus whom Paul preaches" is the Anti-Christ.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

This is really good. Unfortunately there is a lot of deception in the church. What I believe what God really wants is for us to die to our selves, love Him and totally commit ourselves to him. This requires us to renew our mind and have the Holy Spirit change our hearts.

This is what biblical sound doctrine sounds like. I encourage all of us to pay attention to how are spirit is responding to this gospel message. I know that my spirit man is being filled as I listen to this message. We need to exercise much discerning in this hour. There are many people preaching online. God has given us his Holy Spirit so we can accurately discern the truth vs. a lie. (John 16:3) Our best defense against being deceived is our personal, intimate relationship with God in the our secret place, and diligently and consistently reading God's Word and learning how to study God's Word. The devil's great tool has and will always be deception. Proverbs says get wisdom and get understanding. It is the truth we know that will set us free.

Yes, we need the Holy Spirit first and foremost before we can fully understand Scripture. We have to be careful not to allow human teachers deter us from the truth the Holy Spirit teaches us.I appreciate David's ministry or rather what God is doing through him. He understands the assignment. The Gospel is the main message today. We need to perfect the basics and then the sheep will be brought back to God's sheep pen.
