High mast pole automatic welding machine is designed with hydraulic press and automatic submerge seam welding. It can do big steel pole welding diameter min from 600mm, max up to 2000mm or more. pole length can be 10m~16m long.
normally for such big size high mast power or power transmission pole, we shall use tandem press brake to form two pieces. it means pole will be with 2 or more welding seam.
