lee chong wei could have won this match, he destroyed everyone but for some reason he is uncomfortable against chen long and rightfully so his defence is a beast and he has a large physic like axelsen that scares opponents
@@abdulsukoor1093 even lin dan couldn’t do anything against chen long in 2015-2016 time, chen long fully dominated everyone and won 2 WC and olympic gold plus an all england

@@jayceh I have told you, if Momota did not get injured, Axelson would probably still lose to him in the Olympic game. I never denied that Momota could have been a better player than him. Comparing him to Lin Dan the GOAT is unfair. There are great players like LCW, who didn’t become a top tier player before 26. And to be fair, Axeleson won his first Olympic medal at 23, World Championship title at 24. Even though Momota wasn’t playing at that time, it still proved he became top tier player quite early.
that is just ur subjective assessment. In reality they are (almost) on the same level, but lcw had some kind of mental block against the Chinese athletes and thus he lost the victory.
During Chen Long's relatively short peak of 2.5-3 years, he was every bit as good as any badminton player ever not named Lin Dan.
I wouldn't say his peak is that short... At least from 2014-2021, he was a force to be reckoned with...
@@dukedave7 oh he was really really good, just not quite 2015-2017 level
2020-2021 he had those horrific blisters, I don't think he ever recovered

le match de fou les échanges de fou :D trop bon
谌龙当年的防守实在太强了 lcw本场已经打的非常好了 竟然进攻没有拿下
What a match
The current players should feel ashamed seeing how badminton was played 9 years ago, except for Axelsen.
you can you up
6-14 vs Chen Long
2-13 vs Momota (pre-injury)
3-13 vs (old) LCW
Axelsen is just cruising in a very weak era.
@@jayceh He wasn’t “matured” at that time. But if Momota did not get injured, he could be better than Axelsen.

Somehow Lee Chong Wei always capitulated against Lin Dan and Chen Long...Maybe a mental block...
