When I was playing,after solving the figure eight puzzle,instead of asking for the helmet,it asks for the orb,and when I complete the symbols for the planets,the game doesn't continue whilst I still have the helmet in the inventory since it never asks for it again.

I figured it out, you dont need the mask, just solve the ball ridddle. The mask will be put on afterwards automatically
