Did you watch a different video than the rest of us? Need glasses? Also...IF anything is left behind, especially since this person's pores are very shallow, there's a whole entire facial done AFTER the extractions so anything left behind is taken care of with products and procedures following this part. S....M....H.
Let your camera technician know that their job is to make sure the popping is actually recorded! Not just pieces of the pops.

Great blackheads, great potential BUT I cant see the pops and you dont squeeze them properly. Be very thorough, go over face one section at the time. And you dont need that needle for This big ones
continue to be mistakes. Without a needle, it will be very difficult to clean up, many of the videos you have watched it are just cheating you, at the end of that pimple there is always a shell that I often wipe.
If not skilled. then they just need to use their hands and squeeze it.
