Dang is she heavy lol but you know its gonna be heavy when the base gets its own box haha. I 100000% agree on the support stand. Im paying so much money for this for a potential problem that they knew about. Plus like you said it sits right in front ughhhhhhhh. Great review!

Awesome statue, but I personally prefer the design on the Maximum Big Mom. I like the fact she is wearing Napoleon and not wielding him, because when I picture BM she has her Capt. Hat on. Totally agree on the water effects which JP has perfected. A big reason why I bought the JP Shirahoshi is due the amazing water surrounding the entire piece. I also wanted to have Neptunians featured in at least one place in my OP collection.
Haha if I didn't already have the Jimei Whitebeard I would have sticked with Megahouse but I'm a slave to scale and aesthetics... 🤣 You're right about their Shirahoshi tho, it's arguably one of their best!

That is one unbelievable statue, I can't get over how imposing it is!! Is she bigger than your Whitebeard you have? Your video makes me want to buy the Maximum figure Megahouse did. Gosh she really is ginormous, such a statement piece! The movement in the design is so dynamic and well designed. The details on her shirt texture look so realistic from afar too. Hi, awesome video! Your videos finally made me pull the trigger in buying my first resin statue! Brought Shirahoshi from Spec Fiction and my god it is so huge in-person compared to my 1/8 scales! Had my cousin help me out since each individual piece was quite heavy and I did not want to risk breaking them! Sorry for the long tangent, I just love your videos and I blame you for getting me addicted to resin collecting lol! And keep up the great content!
Btw, do you keep the outer brown Jimei Palace box? It's going to be difficult finding a spot to store these huge boxes. Plus, did your boxes come damaged? I'm quite nickpicky about box condition and I know you won't get a perfect box every time especially with huge boxes. UPS delivered mine and it was scuffed up. The boxes are so pretty and I was a 'bit sad' they came in that condition.

As for the brown shipping boxes I usually keep them in storage but if you have the room maybe a crawl space in the attic would work too! 😆 These boxes come beat up all the time due to their long journeys via boat so I'm ok with it... The worst was the Aokiji I had, they left him in the rain... 😭

Usually from Fnaticanimestore, Specfiction or Sideshow Collectibles! 😆 For some of the older releases you might have to try eBay... 😅
