WILDERNESS FIRST AID KIT - PSP EUROPE - A SURVIVOR'S GUIDE TO CAMPING PT.9

FIRST AID KIT. My own personal recommendation only. Add or remove what you want. **Make sure that you always have up to date First Aid training and knowledge as a minimum**
Two part
Minor first aid kit (Minor cuts and scrapes): Band aid (long strips that you can cut to fit your need are handy to have), Tweezers, polysporin or other anti-biotic cream, Benadryl (For minor allergic reaction) oral tablets and cream, after bite cream, Q-tips or other applicator, Anti-septic wipes and Ibuprofen.
Major first aid kit: Surgical gloves, Olaes modular bandage , several Large non-stick wound dressing pads (at least 4” by 4” or larger), several medium non stick wound dressing pads (3” by 4”), several small wound dressing pads (2’ by 3” or smaller), compress bandage (at least 2 or 3) and elastic wrap bandage (to hold wound dressing in place), Steri-Strip wound closing strips, anti-septic wipes, Sam splint, triangle bandages (several), Shear scissors to remove clothing if necessary, Medical tape, Thermometer (High and low end range for hypothermia), electrolytes powder, wound cleaning plastic syringe and a pocket size First Aid booklet. It’s always a good idea also to have a pen and notebook.
