The starting could be something simple like the carb draining of fuel.
When you start and it wont have it, try pumping the throttle a few times then try ti start again
I now have a starter motor issue so that’s tomorrows job, next video is probably a engine rebuild 🤣

The boat hasn't been washed or cleaned in a long while. Usually you can assume that if the seller didn't keep the boat clean, they likely didn't maintain it either. I'm interested to see how well it cleans up, and what mechanical corrections you need to do to it. Are you keeping it or flipping it? I'll see you on the next episode of the series.
Don’t think the seller maintained at all, there’s a lot to do still but the British weather definitely doesn’t help progress, hopefully mechanically she is not to bad, but I have not looked deeper yet, but I will keep the videos coming on every bit of progress. ⚓️🛥️
carb might need an adjustment
I was thinking the same, I need to empty the fuel tank also as I have no idea how long it has been there and E10 has the shortest lifespan. I will start there first and then work my way through, I hope it’s all a easy fix but we shall see 😂
