If i keep a perfect house and my Sim is super nice, the roommate complains their needs aren't being met and want to move out. Meanwhile another sim will live in a trash pile in a hovel and the roommate is perfectly happy!
Probably the roomate was vegetarian and they can't eat your food. I have seen happen in James's video

I really hate how hard we have to force chaotic gameplay in the sims 4, when the sims lead the chaos on their own in sims 2 & 3. Definitely the main reason I prefer the earlier games
my sims always cause chaos and a lot of the time I have to try very hard to keep them under control

@@HannahB09 yep its ho culture on simsss up in here I like my game play calm I'm not into the chaos of a house fire cuz cindy made a bowl of cereal, ppl dying from said fire, getting robbed soon after, this one's making fun of the other, the husband just finished doing the maid on the couch, now his wife's coming for his sloppy seconds! 24/7 if I let them do their on thing.
@@1God2savem3 yeah I get that one of my sims got pregnant and her bf wasn’t happy about the baby then tried hooking up with her best friend and when she found out she tried to hook up with one of his friends then he suddenly became ok with the baby and they made up. Like I think the chaos can make for an interesting story but it can also be very exhausting. Also I can not stand that my sims get burnouts every single day

Suggestion for future chaos: if you want to ruin a sim's life, you can use certain ice cream flavors to make them gain or lose a massive amount of weight.
What kinds of icecream do what if I may know please?
@@hyhyth7356 Weight of the World is the flavor that makes your sim gain weight. There are also flavors do lose weight, have certain emotions, burp fire, turn blue, and turn into PlantSim-like beings.

Brit! I have a challenge for you. Since sims get uncomfortable when around many things they don't like, could you do an experiment to test that and see if you can live with that mood buff as a child/teen/etc? I was thinking that you could set them up with likes and dislikes and just put everything they hate in their home/a place they visit often and see how that affects your sim's life?

The roommate system and the boyfriend or girlfriend is all messed up. It literally ruined a relationship I had built up for so long because I didn't realize it was bad. I quit using the roommate thing because I didn't like it.

I've always messed with roommates in S4, especially in University. I lock them out, or lock them in, put all trash and dirty dishes under their beds, pick fights, etc.
I play a lot of vampires and just use them as bloodbags.
I haven't been this early since Bob and Eliza first got divorced!
What's frustrating is that roomates WILL move out in sims 4. But I've stopped bothering to use them because in my experience, they constantly complain and leave even though youve done nothing wrong 🙃

This is quite impressive! I had roommates in sims leave for far less. Maybe if you have everything they are happy. Because I know if you are missing essentials like a full kitchen and bath they aren’t happy, also if there are no fun activitoes they will complain.
Canadian bacon is back bacon. It's very similar to the bacon in the UK, but it's just the top round part. American bacon is from the belly. Many Americans seem to think that Canadian bacon is just ham, but it isn't.

Roommates actually do move out on their own , one time i had a roommate and a pop up came to clean their room so they have space to keep their stuff, i think the game glitched or something because i actually did clean up some space and the roommate didn't acknowledge that and left my house

I think that the reason why it's difficult to be enemies with other sims is because the creators probably don't see the point of starting trouble with others. Then there were other programmers who came along and realized that there are people who are just evil for the sake of being evil. Which points out that people who run around starting trouble are doing it because they want to. There are very few people who don't know the difference between right and wrong. The rest are doing it on purpose. The Bible talks about forgiving freely, which it is correct. We shouldn't be looking to continue any argument. The Bible also states that as long as it is possible with us, we should always seek peace. Which gives us the other side of the coin. We should forgive freely, but we shouldn't allow people to keep doing it. Just forgive freely and walk away. Joining evil is never useful.

Housemates are tough to get rid of. I had a family and decided to get roommates to supplement the income. I became annoyed with them bringing friends over and making white cakes. I locked them out of the bathroom and eventually the bedroom. Later on I locked the house. They complained but they still payed rent for weeks!

I think Canadian bacon is closer to British bacon aka ham, but it's cut thin and in circles. Love how your sim works so hard to make the roommate miserable, but she becomes the one that's most miserable.
The BF/GF spawning for roommates is way off. In general NPCs taken over by the game just seem to loose any sense of really having a history and seem to randomly develop significant others. I had my Sim just propose to his roommate girlfriend and lock it in and added her to family before the game ruined their relationship.

My roommate moved out within a couple of days because he either wouldn't or couldn't sleep in his bed. I got a pop up saying he was headed to a near by park to get some rest and moving out then the front yard had a few suit cases signaling his departure.

i love the roommate system.... its so chaotic. also, they stay until their next life stage. so they move out around their next birthday. you can have as many roommates as there are beds in the house, and however high the lot limit. so, you can have say 6 people in your household, and 14 roommates since the limit by default is 20 on a lot, but i cheated that to 40 and had like 30 roommates lmao... total chaos. was such a lgfest but fun to just sit back and watch the madness lmao
EDIT: next challenge, make them (the ladies) repair their relationship and have a baby lol
