Yes, you are right. But you have to understand, the upper middle class is the one investing in real estate. The middle class is basically looking for land to build thier homes, not as investment.

We cannot think that middle class people will not invest in this sector.
I believe middle class people will always search the products which is worth for money because they don't have surpluse money.
Don't take it hard but this real Estate industry now moving to upper class people with lot of unwanted Amenities.
Showing this amenities and hiking the amount is double the time than market price
