The “No Camo Allowed” Challenge
Only Towers that take camo off of balloons. Make it to round 100 only using these and get the tier 5 of at least one of these towers. Banana farms allowed.
Ninja monkey - Counter Espionage (middle route)
Mortar monkey - Signal Flare (bottom route)
Submarine - Submerge and Support (top route)
Engineer Monkey - Cleansing Foam(middle route)
And/or
Wizard Monkey - Arcane master (top route has shimmer) or prince of darkness. Either one

Welcome to mars challenge, play 4 player but only Jerome can place towers, all others filter money to him, at the corners of the map (use the snow path one that looks like a dragged corpse in the thumbnail) place a monkey farm in one for food, water pool at another for water, a monkey ‘fan’ club for air (u can do something else for air I just wanted to make that pun) and a monkey village in the last for people. Here comes the fun part. As bloons travel round the map they take over parts, once they pass water you loose one of your allies who are passing money to you and they stop sending, same for food and air, after people you can no longer use money and must rely on powers and what you have left. Sorry for the long idea and I understand if it’s too complicated

do a monkey ace only challenge, see how far they can get, you can use any kind and farms, but maybe do impoppable or something to make it slightly harder

First Person Challenge, only use towers that are the first in its category :D You can use banana farms and farmers if you want but then it would make the challenge lose its integrity.
How about the Star Wars Challenge:
Monkey Ace = X-Wings
Robo-Monkey (Supermonkey) = Darth Vader
Ice Monkey = Force User (Force can freeze a person in place)
Archmage (Monkey Apprentice) = Stormtrooper (White outfit, blasts, etc)
Try it maybe?
How about the Scrap Mechanic Challenge? Each player starts with a monkey engineer, a tack factory, or a mortar tower (big booms) From there you level up however you want, then you can proceed to build out more towers adjacent to the ones you own, each tower made has to be reasonable to some extent in Scrap Mechanic Terms, like tack shooters and other buildings. (You could extend to the point where you can build banks and farms :D)
How about the Edges Challenge:
You can only place offensive towers on the edge of the map and the support towers (not tack spawners or damaging towers) in the middle.
No infinite range towers like Snipers, Mortars, the Monkey Ace, and the Heli-pilot
Teacher Student Challenge. Basically towers that only affect towers of the same class.
Druid: Bottom route.
Alchemist: Middle route
Dart Monkey: Middle route
Ninja Monkey: Middle route
Each of the towers get 3 students.
Round 100 and I allow banana farms.

Bloon TD 6 Challenge: Brothers-in-Arms Challenge
Using towers that provide buffs (not transformation) ONLY for identical towers:
- Ninja Monkey (middle path for Shinobi Tactics)
- Druid (bottom path for Poplust)
- Sniper Monkey (middle path for Elite Sniper)
- Monkey Sub (bottom path for Sub Commander)
Condition: Any other towers that can provide buffs (not including any transformation ability) may be used in place of the given towers, however, they are only allowed to buff their own kind.

Engineer only challenge may use villages no farms unless to get bottom route villages surrounded with 6-7 of them absorbed profit. Round100-infinity

You should see how far 4 flying fortress or one super buffed one get that won't be as much a challenge but it would be cool to see
Heros vs. Villians challenge (aka 2v2)
How this works:
Jerome and Steve are heroes.
Vale and Dropsy are villians.
Jerome: THE NIGHT
Steve: Crossbow Master
Vale: Prince of Darkness.
Dropsy: Transforming Alchemist.
Banana farms: Allowed (1 per person)
Monkey Villiages: Allowed (But only for popping camos)
Jerome and steve can share money between them both, but they cannot share with Vale or dropsy. And vice-versa. Oh and, if required you all get a hero.
Jerome: Churchill
Steve: Obyn
Vale: The voodoo girl
Dropsy: Adora (yes, shes a priestess, but I consider her a villian).
No cash-drops.
No mini-bots that auto activats abilities.
No totems (except ones generated by Obyn and voodoo girl).
Adora CANNOT destroy Jerome or Steves towers for Sacrifice. (If that works).
Note: If Jerome decides to use Benjamin, fine. But churchill is the optimal choice.
Edit: The map must be the pumpkin one.

The SHERDR Challenge:
MOAB SHREDR - Middle route for Spike Factory as it has the MOAB SHREDR upgrade.
Glaive Lord - Tier 5 top route Boomer as it shreds bloons when they get near the spinning glaives.
The Knight - Bottom route for the Super Monkey because it has blades that shred the bloons.
Sky Shredder - Top route for Monkey Ace as it shreds bloons.
and your aloud the bottom route for Banana Farms as it SHREDS debt.
Your also aloud the two extra upgrades for the monkeys and aloud to get spike storm and carpet of spikes for the Spike Factory.
There is no set round so go as far as you can as these are quite OP towers, especially The Knight.
