I liked your video. I am new to your channel. I looked through my collection recently and found that the only 2 books I have in this series was #1 and #100. All the stuff in the middle I do not have. Having those 2 is better than nothing at all. Thanks for this video.
swpgoat99, so look at it this way. You have both bookends to the series, thats not bad. So besides the 11 books I showed I was able to fill this set going through .50 cent boxes at 2 comic shops. And I love to have a full run of books. Those 2 books #87 and #98 are the big ones that will set you back, but who knows you might get lucky and find them out in the wild. I pulled a copy of #98 out of a stack of books at the GoodWill second hand store one time, so there out there. Next series I will be doing is Web of Spiderman, there is 129 issues in that set and the keys are very affordable. Take care my friend and thanks for taking the time to check out our channel

Great idea for a video series! There are other minor keys in the run, like issue 10 (1st Magma), but they’re not going to cost very much. And of course there's the annuals. Annual #1 has the first appearances of Strong Guy and Cypher, and #2 has the first U.S. appearance of Psylocke.
The Just the Keys series is great! I hope you do more. Should you ever revisit New Mutants, I would include Annual 2, the first appearance of Psyloche. Even though it is not officially part of the series I would also include Marvel Graphic Novel 4 which is essentially the first issue.

Love the price info, very helpful! I don't own any of those except for 87, and I really didn't know about a few of those early ones. I remember my friends buying those when we would go to the comic shop as teenagers, but I always opted for X-Men or Thor or Spiderman, I never bought any New Mutants off the rack. you know Bueller I really feel any muntants don't get credit unless its Deadpool or wolverine SOOOOO glad to see cable getting his props and rob lifeild I loved his work in the 90s...I could see the magik appearance boost because shes getting a marvel legends Walgreen figure...GREAT WORK my friend got those issues but 87 and 98 im going to invest in those issues...
