When I first uploaded it, I was confused about what "not made for kids" meant, so the comments were automatically disabled for nearly a year. I changed the setting more recently after understanding that "not made for kids" actually meant "made for everyone including kids", not "kids should not watch this". So flipping that switch enabled commenting again.
I know it seems very confusing but I'm sure CZcams is thinking of the children.
