Not to be technical, but I agree with abopfred. The mountain will probably contain rocks, minerals, and harmful gases that could make going through it very difficult and possibly fatal.
Why does enzymes effect temperature
Which elements activate the enzymes ..........???
Is that graph incorrect for Ea? I can`t see or feel that any extra activation energy was served for a catalase enzyme when it reacts with hydrogen peroxide, I`m convinced that it just happens by itself? Same with an amylase enzyme, you just mix the starch with saliva, and you get starch split into disaccharides.

because muscles of alimentary canal are rigorously working along with various biochemical precesses which utilize energy
