This is an incredible container house with a 40-foot container cut in half, slightly separated from each other, to create an impressive small family home.
This off-grid container house is solar-powered, with solar panels producing more than enough energy for the small house.
A small house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a large kitchen. In the external area, several entertainment spaces, such as a gourmet area and jacuzzi.

Shipping containers should be part of the solution for the homeless.
It should be a solution for all of us. My boyfriend and I are older, our kids are grown and all live in different states. We just want something small like this and then to convert a van or small buss to go visit them and see the country. You can’t find it in my area, all the newer homes are these”McMansions” that we can’t afford and don’t want anyway.

Love this design. It is everything my husband and I would love in the space we are planning. We want our living space small so we spend less time filling it with unnecessary items, that keep us busy, and less time keeping up with it and we want to extend our outdoor space so we spend more time enjoying the outdoors. Beautiful design. Peace and grace. Jesus is coming soon. Prepare your hearts and your homes.

One of my favorite designs I've seen so far. I love this space. I especially love the outside space. The way the home was designed, makes it look bigger than it actually is. Would love one of these homes. Vacation home or otherwise.

Absolutely stunning... It's not even my style but I looove it. Amazing job with this space. I would love to do something like this but I will be screaming and crying everyday about every insect, lizard, animal and anything else I see. Oh and the shower situation I like to be in the shower everyday for a while and prob run out of water lol but for those that get to have this, lucky you guys.

most beautiful shipping container house i have seen and equally amazing outside area - very very well done - 40ft cut in half and set side by side with extension in between very clever - that is one option i did not consider and may just be the solution i need to make my project work.

But then when I drive down the street and all the tents off on the side of the road, I realize how Blessed and lucky I am to have my one bedroom, second floor Condo. JUST BEAUTIFUL!! BUT CAN THOSE SHIPPING CONTAINERS SURVIVE THE HURRICANE SEASON HERE IN PUERTO RICO?? WOULD LIVE ONE..
I don't see why not. With the right foundation these containers can withstand hurricanes. Keep in mind that they are exposed in open waters, with rough seas and high winds and they hold.
If they can be pulled down the road at 88mph I think they could stand most storms. Just bolt them down well.
