There seems to be some confusion about why I changed the wheels.
First set = summer tyres
Second set = winter tyres
Most of us here in Sweden have two sets of wheels, to make the mandatory change to snow tyres easier. Sorry for not making that clear in the video.

I’ve brought one in 2018, 2012 model with 1.4 petrol engine with 97k km and I still have it (currently at 125k km). It runs great and never had issues with it, I mean 0 issues. It has been very reliable and has super low cost maintenance. Everything works fine. Having such a great experience with it keeps me from wanting to sell it, despite me wanting a car with more features.
Yes, they can be really reliable when taken cared of. I think french cars often times gets a bad rep because of their owners not servicing and taking care of their cars.
@@ejoautovideos I think i jynxed it with this comment. Last week while I was driving back home during rush hour, I’ve got a power steering fault. The wheel became extremely hard to move, good thing it happened while I was not moving. Now the electric motor needs replacing.

Ich fahre aktuell einen Peugeot 207 1.4 Diesel. 10.5 Jahre und 186000 km ohne einer Reperatur. Nur Service ja die Batterie und Reifen mussten gewechselt werden. Für mich ein absolutes Top Auto.
The 207 is actually a very good reliable car. Especially as a diesel. But the gasoline models are also very good. Why does your girlfriend want to sell the car? The small damages are very easy to repair. To clean the engine compartment, I always use oven spray and let it soak in for a short time. Often works wonders 😏

Jag föredrar nog faktiskt clayduken för det går så mycket snabbare, den är dock mildare, så om man vill ha mer "bett" så bör man köra clay bar.

can you explain how you removed the rear plastic at 8:19, got a heavily UV damaged one that needs removing to fix up properly, saw you prying but not entirely sure what you were targeting
It just pops out. 👍Pry it of with a plastic tool, try not to break the tabs on the trim piece.

Udda fråga kanske men vad använder du för maskeringstejp? Den jag kört har lämnat klisterrester som är svåra att få bort, inte på lacken turligt nog men på plastdetaljer.
Den röda tejpen fick jag från Carpro, märket vet jag ej. Den blåa är Biltema och inte lika stark. Den röda kör jag på plast o gummi den blåa till lacken. (Oftast)

Tänkte fråga dig om polering, finns det något sätt att polera bort små ytliga tvättrepor för hand, eller måste man ha tillgång till en poleringsmaskin?
Tack så mycket! Det går ja, men har man tvättrepor så är det förmodligen rätt så homogent på hela lacken? Jag rekomenderar verkligen en oscillerande maskin, går att få tag i rätt bra maskiner för billig peng. Man får sååå mycket jämnare och bättre resultat på sjukt mycket kortare tid. 👍

Det är tjejens nyinköpta begagnade Focus som fick sig en tvätt förra helgen, och då såg jag att det fanns några små tvättrepor på taket samt på passagerarsidan. I övrigt så var den helt repfri 😁
Känner du till om det finns någon hyfsad bra batteridriven maskin? Vi har tyvärr inte tillgång till någon el ute på parkeringsplatsen där vi bor. Så tänkte polera upp den efter nästa besök i tvätthallen 👍🤔

Föredrar nog med musik och kommentarer under arbetets gång, men skulle isf gärna se att musiken är vidgad till mer än den vanliga slingan. Den har börjat bli lite uttjatad i mina öron efter många 10+ min videor. I övrigt superbra video som alltid!

American people usually troll Peugeot. Great to see a handful though that do like French cars. The Peugeot 208 came in GTi specification too. Around 200 horsepower in the 208 GTi to compete with the Ford Fiesta ST and Renault Clio RS.

This was my girlfriends car. She had it for ~8 years and ~100 000km.
Honestly it was quite reliable EXCEPT one big thing, the headgasket blew right in the beginning of her ownership. After that was repaired it worked good, just needed regular service maintenance and some very minor repairs.
So look out for the head gasket issue, other than that it's a good value car that's cheap to run. 👍
Should watch videos on painting with rattle cans should have used the folding paper on the line so it feathers in and blends better

sped up parts could use some music I think. Also I prefer having more commentary I think. For example I'd think it was cool if you talked about why you used a clay glove opposed to normal clay, and maybe go over the differences ect

Why change the rims to 206 versions after polishing them?? Nice try on the painting on the back, you can't expect painting with cans is identical to the body shop. If if needed to be cheap, i would be satisfied.
206 wheels = the winter wheels.
