Hey Doc, thanks for your work. I had crowded teeth and gaps, I was given only lower permanent with clear retainers.. My Ortho told me after four months I can now wear my retainers for 8 hours at night. The problem is am complying but I have started having a small gap showing on my upper teeth. So Doctor after how long should you start wearing the retainer for 8 hours?
