I think in order to attach the basket on candy cups I recommend you to use glue dots . What do you think ??

I love saving scrapes of balloons too. I make fun pomp poms with them. I take a bunch broken up long pieces and some curling ribbon for more color and fun. I tie them like a pomp pom. I add them to the middle of my flowers or some head bands. I also cut a ton up into small pieces and put them in a 5 inch balloon. I use that for rattles or when I am making basket ball hops . for the balls. The kids always look in the balloon in wonder and wonder what and how I got them in there. foreverfunentertainers.com/ carol
