Most expensive does NOT mean most luxurious! Let's be REAL. Racism is the REAL reason why they were forced to overpay for that house! If you have to buy the most expensive house anywhere that means you are only helping the existing property owners increase their property's values NOT your own. That teach that in real estate school!

The asking price is IRRELEVANT because NO ONE was interested in the property for the asking price and it was NOT on the market when they purchased it! Look at the price the previous owner paid and compare it to the price Bey and Jay paid! If Bey and Jay were white they would have paid at least 50 million less when buying it. That is an irrefutable FACT! Affluent white people do NOT like "upsetting their neighbors when selling" and will only sell to black people if they get beyond top dollar!
