So the answer to the math question in the end is actually 90ct. The question was what the old price for /one liter/ was. The people saying $18 multiplied the 90ct with 20 again. But the price for one single liter is actually 90ct.
(10l cost $9.20, meaning 1l cost 92ct. Since the price rises 2ct/liter everytime, the old price was 2ct less. So, 90ct.)
