Friendly neighborhood geology nerd here: Please don't use crystal Yoni Eggs. Rocks do not belong inside the body. Some contain toxic minerals (like malachite contains copper) that can leach into your bloodstream. Some rocks are also porous (like jade) and can hold bacteria and redistribute that into your body causing infections (they're also harder to sanitize). Even non-porous stones (like quartz) are still rocks and naturally can have small cracks and crevices that aren't removed by polishing. Those cracks can hold bacteria, cause infections, and can wear down over time because of the natural acidity of where you're placing them. This can lead to micro-abrasions in the canal. If you want to use a Yoni Egg please use one made from surgical steel or Bpa-free body-safe silicone.

I use unflavored Greek yogurt for my smoothies for extra protein. If I use raspberries and hemp protein powder, one smoothie is a full days worth of fiber lol.

The sound therapy is actually kind of cool. We had a local yoga instructor that did a few sound therapy workshops. Singing bowls, gongs a rain simulator and ocean wave generator. Loved it.

Any type of meditation is beneficial. If tapping is a way for someone to meditate, good. It causes me a little anxiety for some reason.
I love sound baths and EFT. AND two years ago I had an inflammation in my shoulder and I was stung by a bee at the top of my head, it hurt like hell for 24 hours but when the pain subsided I realised that my shoulder was much better.
"What's the worst that can happen?" he asks about EFT. Well, it is used in trauma therapy and tapping certain points really help with memory retrieval and omg I have never cried so much in my life as during one of my first therapy sessions with eft. But then you continue tapping when being talked thorugh the issue/memory and slightly shifts tapping areas and when you need to/are ready to stop you tap for soothing. BUT do not be fooled, it can bring up A LOT depending on the points being tapped.

The pressure point tapping is a legitimate form of massage... It has a true relaxing effect, but discourage anyone from indulging in any mysticism that's marketed along with it!
A fun episode idea like this might be to explore obsolete massage/beauty tools. I swear by my Oester Stimulax Massagers. Violet rays and other devices are out there that legitimately work as 'in home relaxation' devices... But look like modern torture devices bc the plug into the wall! It'd be hilarious to see your crew play with them!

It made me feel very instantly invigorated...it tasted really bad though.
You can get spirulina in tablet form as well. You typically can’t taste it if you don’t chew them
