u not being honest everybody wanted voice to win but on the night his voice was not the winning voice it was not on point and polished as Helon . and the Helon gain a total of 442 and Voice gain 433. but second place is well deserved .
Agreed, I actually watched not know who Voice was (I live in the US and have lived here for over 20 years), so I didn't come into the viewing knowing who was the favorite. I watched the performance and live tweeted and while I can tell he spent quite a bit on the performance and brought the energy. I did not find it adequate for a Calypso Monarch genre competition it seemed more soca-est. (Maybe that was just the chorus). I also had issues with his annunciation, I could not, in many instances of his performance, understand what he was saying and that could be due to maybe sore throat or his excitement. It felt like a lot distracted from the core, the talent and delivery. If we striped down all the elements and listened to lyrics, performance and rendition you would honestly see that, although good, it was not deserving of first when stacked against the other performances of the night. Still congratulations to him 2nd is great and he deserved it.
